Caring for the mind is as important as caring for the body. Meditation is a good way to improve mindfulness and concentration in the mind, along with increasing the sense of calmness. All these are very important for students as their lives are often really demanding with constant lessons and co-curricular activities. Hence, we have included meditation as a regular practice for the betterment of our students.
